A Walk in the Park

About 11:30 a.m. and already 93 degrees  so we headed 

  

for a walk in the park.

Geocache # 1 (guess who found it - it wasn't Don).

I left the occupant in his lair,

and went off in search of more picturesque sites,

while Don found #2

and #3.  

I spotted a Dove about 25 yards away and slowly,

step by step, got within about 6 feet before he flew away. 

Our second walk was in this very small park,

about 10 miles away.  

Since the temperature had  

risen to 97 degrees,  I waited beneath the 

spreading branches of this beautiful tree as 

Don went off in search of #4.  

Not a bad day since WE found all 4 geocaches and

 social distancing wasn't a problem at all.
