Not Much Out Here

As the photographer for our “drives”,  it’s all about line, shape, pattern, color, and texture for me, but the trip from Tehachapi CA to Kingman AZ along Hwy 58 & 40 

offered it's challenges...  But, I gave it my best shot.

What a relief after hours of non-stop 18 wheelers!!!

After leaving Needles CA (fuel-regular $4.97) and crossing the
Colorado River (which was almost at it's high water mark), into AZ

you got the best view of "The Needles"  Must be how
Needles got it's name or vise versa.

AHHH, finally some great scenery Kingman AZ!!!
