AZ Having Fun...

As you know from prior posts I had lots of time, during

all those over 105 degree, summer  days in AZ, to weave in my 

air conditioned spare room.   As a result I had many items to sell

at Montesa's 18th Annual Craft Fair Dec 7th. 

 (Montesa is located next door to our community.)

Items included  scarves, glass or cell phone cases

napkins and broadcloth's, guest towels, coasters (mug rugs),

 kitchen towels, etc., woven out of many different

fibers, including, cotton, wool, chenille, and tencel.

It was fun to have my booth next to...

the beautiful Quilts of Valor and my friends Barbara
and Rebecca ...  and it was easier to explain a little about
weaving when attendees could see quilted pieces
next to my booth which showed how fabric is woven!!!
